• We deliver to mainland UK addresses

6. Returns and Refunds

• Unused items may be returned within 14 days
• Items must be in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt
• Special order items may not be returnable

7. Machine Hire Terms

• Minimum hire periods apply
• A security deposit is required
• Machines must be returned in the same condition
• The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss
• Full terms provided upon enquiry

8. Service and Repairs

• Quotations are free of charge
• Estimates are valid for 30 days
• Parts and labor are guaranteed for 3 months
• Machines left uncollected after 3 months may be disposed of

9. Warranties

• New machines come with manufacturer's warranty
• Used machines may have limited warranty
• Warranties do not cover misuse or accidental damage
• Commercial use may affect warranty terms

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided. We are not liable for consequential losses or damages.
